This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Somerset, Middlesex and Monmouth Counties.
*This position may also include seeing clients in the traditional home health community setting.
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, experience, and subject to negotiation:
$58.00 - $70.00 per point
