Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Egg Harbor Township, NJ team to serve adult and geriatric clients in Atlantic County on a per-visit basis.

This full-time or part-time role requires a NJ RN license and at least one year of clinical experience; prior home health experience is preferred. You will travel to client homes, document care, administer medications, and coordinate with the pharmacy and clinicians to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey (NJ RN).
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience (medical/surgical).
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; home health experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to client homes and manage time independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and visit adult/geriatric clients in Atlantic County.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations; coordinate with clinicians.
• Manage case coordination and ensure safe, compassionate home care.

BAYADA Home Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in our Egg Harbor Township, NJ Office. This office services our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Atlantic county.

This is a full-time or part-time position.

One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$54.00 - $64.00 per point ($84,240 - $99,840 annual earning potential)
