Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont and New Hampshire.
At least one year of recent clinical experience in medical-surgical nursing or related area.
Home health and/or hospice experience preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned service area.
A compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence.

Making home visits to hospice clients within your assigned geographic territory.
Providing skilled nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort‑focused care.

What You'll Do as a Hospice RN
