Job summary

Saint Luke’s is seeking a PRN Day RN - Case Manager to provide routine home care visits, admissions, and patient coordination. You will manage a caseload of patients while delivering compassionate, high-quality care in line with the Nurse Practice Act.

The position requires MO or KS or Compact licensure, BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Flexibility and ability to handle a varied caseload are essential for success in this role.
