Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform admissions, routine home visits, and inpatient hospital visits as needed.
• Coordinate care for a group of patients and consult with other health care team members.
• Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
• Provide nursing care in compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.
