BrightSpring Health Services' Adoration Health affiliate seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse to join our Parkersburg, WV team. Provide 1:1 patient care, develop care plans, and support families in a hospice setting.

The RN must hold active licensure in the state, have 1 year of nursing experience (3+ preferred), CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. PRN scheduling offers flexibility with strong team support and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation.
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification in states where required.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans that align with the patients wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse You will:
