Job summary

Adoration Health, a BrightSpring Health Services affiliate, seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse (PRN) in Parkersburg, WV. You will deliver patient-centered hospice care on a 1:1 basis, supporting patients and families with compassionate, clinical expertise.

Responsibilities include creating care plans, administering treatments, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Strong documentation and on-call flexibility are required to ensure quality end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current state licensure.
• One year nursing experience required; hospice experience preferred.
• CPR certification where required by state regulations.

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans aligned with patient wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.

As a Hospice Registered Nurse You will:

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
• Possess and maintain current CPR certification in states where required.
