Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time home health visits in Salem County, NJ. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.

Requirements include an NJ RN license, at least 1 year of medical/surgical experience, and strong communication and computer skills. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for qualifying full-time RNs.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of one year of recent medical/surgical clinical experience.
• Graduate of accredited nursing program (diploma/transcripts).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan tailored to the patient.
• Make home visits within assigned geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders and client assessments accurately, and coordinate case management.

BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse, for a full-time opportunity performing home health visits for our Salem County office. This office services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Salem County, NJ.

As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:

$55.00 - $62.00 per point ($85,800 - $96,720 annual earning potential)
