Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care at Inspira is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to perform home health visits in Gloucester County, New Jersey. You will join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients who prefer to stay at home.

As an RN, you will follow care plans, administer medications, monitor patients, document findings in an EMR, and coordinate with Clinical staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active NJ Registered Nurse license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans and perform home visits.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and other treatments.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
• Document doctors' orders and client observations in the EMR.
• Coordinate case management and follow up as needed.
• Travel to assigned cases and operate within defined geographic territories.

As a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi‑disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state‑of‑the‑art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
• A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Additional Information:

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$50.00-$57.00 per point
