Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Pennsylvania. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients so they can remain at home, within a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, real-time clinical judgments in home settings, and comprehensive wound care and documentation. Competitive pay and benefits accompany a meaningful, compassionate work culture.

Qualifications

• Current, active nursing license in Pennsylvania in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, ED, home health, hospice, ICU, med-surg, sub-acute or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Use head-to-toe assessment skills to identify changes in patient condition.
• Provide acute and post-acute care in the home, including CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania


• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma


• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Pay: Weekly

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$55-$65 per point
