Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visits team serving Weymouth, Hingham, Hull and surrounding towns. You will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage acute/post-acute needs, and deliver wound care in patients' homes with strong clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license in good standing.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of hands-on adult/geriatric clinical experience in acute care or home health.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely head-to-toe assessments and monitor changes.
• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in patients’ homes.
• Coordinate triage and manage urgent clinical situations.
• Reconcile medications and deliver safety teaching.
• Document wound assessments and care accurately.

You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition


• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)


• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting


• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring


• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts


• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma


• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
