Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our home health visit team, flexible between part-time and full-time. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, supporting independence and comfort while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an active NJ nursing license, have at least one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience, and are comfortable with independent decision-making and real-time

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• Minimum one year of adult/geriatric clinical experience in acute care, emergency, home health, hospice, ICU, med-surg, sub-acute or rehab.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Assess patients, identify changes in condition, and make timely clinical decisions.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care as needed.
• Carry out medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document care using point-of-care technology and maintain accurate records.

Make an Impact as a Registered Nurse at BAYADA Home Health Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a part-time or full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of New Jersey.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

$62.00 - $72.00 per point
