Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in homes within a defined territory, enabling clients to remain in their own homes with compassionate, high-quality support.

Responsibilities include head-to-toe assessments, triage of urgent cases, wound care, and medication reconciliation, all while maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute care, ER, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in the home setting.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document wound assessment, care, and progress.

You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations

$58.00 - $65.00 per point
