- Experience: 2+ years of RN clinical experience preferred in home health.
Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate home health nursing care.
- Develop and document Plan of Care with physician orders.
- Perform nursing assessments and patient education.
- Travel to patient locations and collaborate with the care team.
