Qualifications:
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
- Experience: Previous experience in home health or acute care (ICU/ER/Med Surg) required.
- Certifications: Current CPR certification.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Compensation: Paid per visit.
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive initial and ongoing nursing assessments.
- Perform supervisory visits of home health aides to ensure care plans are being followed.
- Develop and evaluate client care plans; revising as needed for unmet goals and changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR) for each visit to comply with billing and regulations.
- Instruct patients and caregivers on disease management, safety improvements, and self-care techniques to promote independence.
- Communicate with family, caregiver and the team any changes in the patient’s physical or emotional condition.
- Participates in medical record audit as assigned.
