Job summary

MedCadre is seeking a Home Health RN to cover Tomahawk/Brantwood with caseload of geriatric patients. The role includes travel from Rhinelander, on-call evenings, and weekend rotations every fourth weekend. Requires 1 year of home health experience, RN license, and BLS certification. iPad provided; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate; housing options available in Rhinelander City.

You will document promptly, communicate effectively, and maintain high-quality patient care across territories as needed.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• RN license in hand; traveler flexible with territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide geriatric home health care to assigned patients.
• Manage 5–7 patients per day; document timely and accurately.
• Travel within the Rhinelander area; on-call evenings and weekends rotation.
• Utilize iPad for charting; adhere to scrubs dress code and communication standards.
