Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an RN for a day-shift home health assignment in Oregon. Expect 8-hour days, 1:1 patient care, and up to 6 patients per day. Travel within approximately 60 miles; mileage reimbursed. OASIS and HCHB experience are required, with an active Oregon RN license before start.

First-time travelers are accepted; weekend coverage may be required. BLS certification is required, and you will work via Home Care Home Base and Rover for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled home health care.

• Weekend support may be required but not guaranteed.

Description

Important: This is an Aya Offer position. The clinician will not connect with the manager before signing. The facility will have 48 hours after signature to review the clinician.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: November 9 or November 16 (ADDITIONAL STARTS WILL NOT BE ACCOMODATED)
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

Time Off

Up to 3 days of RTO may be automatically approved. Blackout periods include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

Special Requirements

• Clinicians must have reliable personal transportation. The facility makes every effort to group patient visits and minimize driving. The service area may occasionally extend up to approximately 60 miles, or 6090 minutes of total driving per day.
• OASIS experience is required.
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience is required.
