Aya is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health travel assignment in Beaverton, Oregon. Schedule is 8-hour day shifts, with 1:1 patient care and about 30 points per week in productivity; OASIS and HCHB experience are required. Start dates include Nov 9 or Nov 16, with limited additional starts.

Active Oregon RN license before start date and BLS certification are mandatory. Reliable transportation is needed; weekend support may be required and driving may total up to ~60 miles daily.

Description

Important: This is an Aya Offer position. The clinician will not connect with the manager before signing. The facility will have 48 hours after signature to review the clinician.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: November 9 or November 16 (ADDITIONAL STARTS WILL NOT BE ACCOMODATED)
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

Time Off

Up to 3 days of RTO may be automatically approved. Blackout periods include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

Special Requirements

• Clinicians must have reliable personal transportation. The facility makes every effort to group patient visits and minimize driving. The service area may occasionally extend up to approximately 60 miles, or 6090 minutes of total driving per day.
• OASIS experience is required.
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience is required.
