MedCadre is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for day shifts in Oregon. The clinician will care for patients on a 1:1 basis, using OASIS documentation and HCHB systems. A valid Oregon RN license and BLS are required.

Travel and start dates are specified, with a focus on reliable transportation and no major weekend requirements. The assignment involves travel within the local service area and adherence to drive-time limits.

Qualificações

Description

Important: This is an Aya Offer position. The clinician will not connect with the manager before signing. The facility will have 48 hours after signature to review the clinician.

Assignment Details

• Start Date: November 9 or November 16 (ADDITIONAL STARTS WILL NOT BE ACCOMODATED)
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

Time Off

Up to 3 days of RTO may be automatically approved. Blackout periods include the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.

Special Requirements

• Clinicians must have reliable personal transportation. The facility makes every effort to group patient visits and minimize driving. The service area may occasionally extend up to approximately 60 miles, or 6090 minutes of total driving per day.
• OASIS experience is required.
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience is required.
