Job summary

MEO Staffing in Lackawanna County seeks a dedicated patient care supervisor to join our team. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans with interdisciplinary teams, and provide skilled nursing care including wound management, IV therapy, and symptom control.

You will lead LPNs and support staff, coordinate urgent responses, monitor patient changes, and ensure precise documentation in line with agency standards.
