Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search is seeking a Registered Nurse in Minnesota to perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and evaluate personalized care plans.

The role provides skilled nursing interventions including wound care, IV therapy, symptom management, and patient/family education; supervises LPNs/LVNs and home health aides; participates in admissions/on-call; and

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed as RN in the state of operation.
• One year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments addressing physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.

• Deliver emotional support and education to patients and caregivers.

• Respond to urgent needs, participate in admissions/on-call, and adjust plans based on ongoing monitoring.
• Ensure accurate, compliant clinical records and high-quality, compassionate care delivery.

Qualifications:

• One (1) year experience as a RN.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation.


• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.


• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
