Job summary

Sentara Home Care in Chesapeake, VA, is seeking a qualified RN to join our team on the Day shift. This full-time role requires Virginia RN licensure, BLS, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home care or hospice.

The base pay range is $87,214.40–$126,900.80 annually, with potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; 401(k)/403(b) with employer match; paid time off; parental leave; tuition

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• RN license active in Virginia; BLS within 90 days.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; home care/hospice experience preferred.
• Develops and evaluates plans of care; manages patient caseload with multidisciplinary team.

Compensation

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $87,214.40 - $126,900.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
