Clarity Care is seeking a full-time Home Care RN to deliver one-on-one nursing care across Northeast Wisconsin. You will perform assessments, create care plans, and supervise caregivers to support Members’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred.
