Clarity Care, Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Worker (PCW) in Green Bay, WI to provide hands-on care and companionship in home settings. Earn up to $17.50 per hour based on experience, with paid training and additional benefits in a supportive team environment.

No caregiving experience is required; paid orientation and ongoing coaching help you build essential skills while you support Members’ independence and dignity at home.

Formación

• No caregiving experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Ability to pass caregiver background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate personal care to Members in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting and daily living activities.
• Support safe mobility, transfers and daily routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed.
• Offer companionship and assist with errands and transportation.
• Provide medication reminders and follow care plans; document concerns.
