Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health with a sign-on bonus. We provide one-on-one in-home care focused on patient needs and family engagement, with strong clinical support available. This role emphasizes autonomy, continuity of care, and the ability to use clinical judgment confidently.

Eligible candidates may receive a $100 sign-on bonus. Salary ranges and eligibility are discussed during interview and are part of the total compensation package.

Qualifications

• Valid Delaware RN License or Multistate License.
• Physical within one year PPD or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in person, not online).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.
