Care Options for Kids is hiring an RN to provide focused pediatric home health care in Newark, DE. You will deliver dedicated, one-on-one nursing management for pediatric patients with high acuity in a home setting.

In this role you’ll enjoy autonomy, continuity of care, and substantial support from a clinical team, with a $100 sign-on bonus and benefits. Weekly pay, PTO, and training programs are included to aid your ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Valid Delaware RN license or Multistate license.
• Physical within one year PPD or TB blood test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing.
• Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled home setting with clinical support available.
• Build consistent relationships with the child and their family while exercising clinical judgment.
