Care Options for Kids is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health in Waco, TX. You will deliver focused, one-on-one care in the home, applying clinical judgment to high-acuity pediatric patients while building trusted family relationships.

The role emphasizes autonomy, safety, and consistent nursing support, with opportunities for professional growth and participation in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• BLS CPR certification required (in-person).
• Experience with high-acuity pediatric patients or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care in the child's home.
• Assess and manage high-acuity pediatric needs with clinical judgment.
• Follow care plans and physician orders, documenting progress.
• Coordinate with family and clinical team for smooth care delivery.

Requirements

• Current, active Texas RN license
• Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
• G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
