Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking an experienced RN for pediatric home health with a sign-on bonus. You will deliver focused, one-on-one nursing in patients' homes, emphasizing continuity of care and family collaboration.

The role requires a current Texas RN license, BLS CPR, and comfort with high-acuity pediatric cases. Training and support are provided to ensure safe, competent care in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current BLS CPR card (in-person) required.
• Experience with pediatric home health care is preferred.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities
