Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric home health with a sign-on bonus. You will provide dedicated, one-on-one care in the home for children with high acuity needs, using clinical judgment with confidence and independence.

You will work with a supportive team, enjoy autonomy, continuity of care, and access to real clinical support whenever needed. The role emphasizes safety, compassionate care, and patient-family relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Delaware RN License or Multistate License.
• Physical within one year PPD or TB Blood Test (QF).
• Valid BLS CPR card (in-person).
• Valid driver's license.
• G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-on-one pediatric home health nursing in the patient’s home.
• Deliver care with autonomy and clinical judgment, supported as needed.
• Follow physician orders and care plans with CDC-aligned safety practices.
