Job summary

Eagle’s Trace by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote and maintain residents’ health and wellbeing in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes physical and psychosocial support, with a strong focus on resident-first care.

The position offers hourly compensation of $37.00–$50.00 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k match, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and web applications.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care and support to residents and families.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote resident independence and educate residents/family on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Develop and coordinate a holistic care plan with the team.
• Document care in the resident’s EMR accurately and timely.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
