Job summary

Windsor Run by Erickson Senior Living in Matthews, NC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health. You’ll collaborate with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates to deliver physical and psychosocial support.

We offer FT Day shifts 12pm-8pm and PRN, plus benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, 401k with 3% match, education assistance, and growth opportunities as we expand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates.
• Deliver physical and psychosocial support to residents and families.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications as ordered.
• Develop and coordinate holistic care plans with the team.
