You will document care activities, educate patients, and ensure safety and infection control protocols are followed.

The role requires RN licensure, nursing experience, and strong communication skills; thorough clinical judgment will support positive patient outcomes

Formación

• RN license required in Florida or state of practice.
• Associate's degree is required; bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ acute care hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple health domains.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Document care activities and outcomes accurately.
• Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
• Provide emotional support and supervise care team members.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement.
