Qualifications

Requires Associate's degree in Nursing and RN licensure.

BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required or as per role.

Responsibilities

Supports quality standards and initiatives set by the department.
Completes timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Sets measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients.
Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments and modifies care plans as needed.
Interprets diagnostic data and applies knowledge to patient care.
Promotes exceptional patient experience through communication with patients and families.
Communicates effectively with the interdisciplinary team during hand-offs.
