FMOL Health is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time position in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written communication; basic computer skills.
• Current Louisiana RN license and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe therapeutic care and education to patients and families.
• Develop and adjust care plans based on patient data and trends.
• Collaborate with the health care team to maximize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient care activities according to standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit practices.
