Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Louisiana State license as RN and BLS certification.
• Proficient in English language, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Practice and Care Management
• Performs psychosocial/physiologic assessments
• Formulates a plan of care and discharge planning
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives
• Documents all patient care activities
