Camden Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Camden, TN is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with new increased wages. The role offers full-time schedules (6a-6p or 6p-6a) and starting wages of $38.00–$51.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited RN program.
• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and leads team conferences for individualized care plans.
• Assesses and documents residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns care tasks to team members according to needs and capabilities.
• Supervises LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications, starts IVs, and documents treatments.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training.
• Works with physicians during tests and procedures as allowed by state act.
• Maintains supplies and equipment safety and cleanliness.
