Our Long-Term Care Unit continues to build upon our 30-year tradition of high-quality services. Separated from the Memory Care Neighborhood and the Short-Term Post Acute Rehabilitation Unit, residents receive nursing care, assistance with daily living, and tailored programs and activities.
The Memory Care Unit is designed for individuals with dementia, offering activity-based care in a warm, supportive, and safe environment. The primary goal is to help individuals maintain dignity, purpose, and functional ability. The unit is staffed with dedicated team members, as residents here are often unable to advocate for themselves.
The Post Acute Unit aims to provide supportive, goal-directed care following surgery or hospitalization. Treatment programs prepare patients for recovery and returning home, working with conditions such as strokes, neurological issues, orthopedic, respiratory, cardiac, and post-trauma cases. Therapy services are available Monday through Saturday, with nursing staff supporting care when therapy staff are not present.
On-call: Not required
Incentives: Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, prorated for part-time. Hourly shift differentials: $3 evening, $5 night, $2 weekend.
