Job Opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

We have a variety of full-time, part-time, and per diem LPN opportunities across our three nursing units within the Skilled Nursing Facility. Please note that post-acute is currently not accepting per diem applicants.

For full and part-time positions, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500, prorated based on part-time status and years of experience.

We provide additional pay differentials on top of the hourly rate:

• Evening: $3 per hour
• Night: $5 per hour
• Weekend: $2 per hour (plus applicable shift differentials)

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current LPN or recognized compact license in Vermont
• Strong learning aptitude, customer service, and teamwork skills

Experience

Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be empathetic, compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented. Strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow through are essential.

Supports recovery after surgery or hospitalization, aiming to restore independence. Therapy services are available six days a week, with nursing staff assisting when therapy is not present.
