Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - The Lodge/Heber City is seeking amazing NURSES to join our team in our beautiful facility. We offer shift differentials for NOC and weekend shifts and tuition assistance after 6 months of full-time employment.

The position delivers care to residents in a nursing unit, including assessments, care plan development, and supervision of CNAs. Utah RN/LPN licensure is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills essential for success.

Qualifications

• A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN or LPN in Utah.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to a group of residents in a nursing unit.
• Assess resident needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise CNAs and other staff involved in resident care.
