Massachusetts General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the General Hospital Clinic on Fruit Street. This full-time, day-shift position involves direct patient care in a high-volume gynecology setting with an emphasis on safety and quality.
Ideal candidates will have an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience; OB/GYN or ambulatory care exposure is preferred and Epic experience is a plus. Onsite work location: 32 Fruit Street, Boston.

This position is full-time, 40hrs, M-F.
The Gynecology Clinic at Massachusetts General Hospital has over 25 providers and see approximately 2000 patients per month. We are mainly a consultative practice that see patients with gynecology complications. Our specialty clinics include Vulvar Clinic, Colposcopy Clinic, Resident Clinic, Family Planning, Minimally Invasive Gynecological surgery and Urogynecology. Our RNs work closely with MDs and APPs (NP).
The staff nurse ensures proficient, conscientious nursing care. As a primary nurse is responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of patients. The RN collaborates with the primary physician, members of the patient care team, support staff and nurse manager to achieve efficient patient outcomes.
Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.
