Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the GYN Oncology Surgical Observation Unit at Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, TN. This full-time night-shift role focuses on coordinating patient care plans and ensuring timely communication across disciplines.

You will note and carry out physician and nursing orders, monitor patient progress, and assist with discharge planning to promote smooth transitions of care. The position supports professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 1 month of hire date (30 days). American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
