Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse on a 26-bed medical floor in Montana. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the health team and supervising LPNs/CNAs.

This PRN role requires 5 shifts per schedule, 2 weekend shifts, and 1 holiday/premium shift per year with a 15% PRN differential. Minimum qualifications include a BSN (or equivalent progression), Montana RN license, BLS, and national certification.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• RN license in state of Montana and BLS certification on hire.
• National Certification in area of practice is required.
• Trustworthy candidate with demonstrated compliance to hospital guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary health team.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Follow evaluation, treatment and documentation guidelines.
