Intermountain Health in Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse on the medical floor for the night shift. The unit is a 26-bed unit serving adults with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, plus observation patients. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 is offered where applicable.

The RN will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, coordinate with the health team, ensure documentation, and supervise LPNs and CNAs while following hospital guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• BSN required within 4 years unless 15 years acute care service (policy).
• Current Montana RN license and BLS certification upon hire.
• National certification in area of practice preferred.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-focused outcomes.

• Assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
