Qualifications

Active RN licensure in the state of Washington.
Strong clinical nursing skills and knowledge of practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents including rehab and long-term care.
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the care team.
Conduct routine assessments, administer medications, and treatments as ordered.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to staff and physicians.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold care standards.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
