Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise team.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing various medical procedures.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned STNAs, ensuring high-quality care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents with other professionals.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure residents receive high-quality care and identify improvement areas.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor/Unit Manager.
• Maintain accurate resident records including histories, plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
