Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current and active STNA certification.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene.
• Help residents with mobility and transferring using assistive devices.
• Feed residents or assist with meals, monitoring intake and hydration.
• Document care provided and resident responses in EHR or charts.
• Report changes to nursing staff and maintain safety and infection control.
