Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking an RN to deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, Unit Manager, or Nurse Executive. You will conduct assessments, create care plans, administer meds, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

This role requires an RN license, ADN/BSN, and BLS/CPR. Experience in long-term or geriatric care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN/BSN).
• Active RN license in the state.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred.
• English proficiency for documentation and communication.
• Complete health screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient status.
• Lead and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs within state guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure safe discharges.
• Maintain real-time documentation in PCC/EHR and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to HIPAA and safety protocols across the facility.
