Job summary

PAM Health Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver and supervise patient care on a medical-surgical unit in San Antonio, TX. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, you will use the nursing process to plan, coordinate, and provide care while supporting discharge planning.

We require active RN licensure in Texas (or compact) with current BLS; ACLS is required within 90 days. For Charge Nurses, ACLS certification is also required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state where the hospital resides (TX) or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct, and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching.
• Provide comprehensive care for inpatient medical-surgical patients.
• May serve as Charge Nurse with ACLS certification.
