Job summary

PAM Health Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care on the unit. You will plan and coordinate care, discharge planning, and family teaching for post-hospitalization needs.

The role requires an RN license in the state, BLS certification, and ACLS within 90 days; ACLS is also required for Charge Nurse responsibilities. Inpatient med-surgical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Holds current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment; ACLS for Charge Nurses.
• Experience: One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise care to patients using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
• Perform interdisciplinary planning and access community resources for post-hospitalization care.
• May serve as Charge Nurse; ACLS certification required for this role.
