Job summary

PAM Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse for our Reno, NV area. The RN will deliver, direct and supervise care, utilizing the nursing process on the unit, and will participate in interdisciplinary planning and discharge processes.

Requires active RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS within 90 days; one year inpatient med-surg experience is preferred. We offer strong benefits and opportunities for growth across 70+ locations.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Holds a current RN licensure in the state of practice and BLS certification are required.
• Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment; BLS/ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment.
• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise patient care on the nursing unit using the nursing process.
• Plan, coordinate and provide patient care including discharge planning and family teaching.
